terms and Conditions

For Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Balloon Twisting, Paint Parties and Party Packages

​

  • For party packages, the total balance is determined by the confirmed number of attendees. If fewer guests attend than originally guaranteed, the full amount is still due. Conversely, if more guests attend, the remaining balance is adjusted accordingly. For Sweet Promise paint parties, unattended guests' materials will be provided as art kits for painting at home.

  • Sweet Promise uses only FDA-approved cosmetic-grade face painting supplies. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions. Participants with sensitive skin should refrain from participation. While paint can be removed with soap and water, slight staining may occur. 

  • Sweet Promise reserves the right to decline service to individuals unwilling or unfit due to illness or skin conditions such as cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, or eczema.

  • Sweet Promise assumes no responsibility for property damage. The client is liable for any damage to supplies caused by guests or pets. 

  • The artist will not supervise children or animals; their behavior and safety are the responsibility of the client/parent/adult. 

  • Adults must supervise children at all times when handling balloons to prevent the risk of suffocation if they are put in their mouths.

  • Microfoil balloons can conduct electricity and pose an environmental risk near power lines. 

  • Following balloon services, it's advisable to pop and deflate all balloons and dispose of them in a container.

  • Balloons filled with helium must be kept away from fire as they pose a fire hazard.

  • For paint parties, Sweet Promise uses acrylic paint that may stain surfaces if mishandled. We provide guidance for safe handling but are not liable for any resulting damage.

  • I acknowledge the contagious nature of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and understand that the risk of exposure or infection may result from actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including Sweet Promise staff, clients, and their families.

  • I release Sweet Promise from any liability for damages to myself, my guests or my property arising from their services. This waiver extends to all Sweet Promise staff and associates.

Cancellation and Changes:

​

  • Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 20 business days before the event or 24 hours after booking. Cancellation prior 19 days or less of the event has a 50% penalty fee. 

  • Sweet Promise LLC reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, refunding 100% of the total cost.

  •  Changes to the order require additional payment for cost increases and refunds for reductions before delivery or installation.

Intellectual property rights and promotion.

​

  • I grant permission for the supplier to capture photos or videos of the service provided to children or adults at my event. The supplier retains the right to share these audio visuals on its social networks, website, or other media platforms.

For Balloon Bouquets and Gifts
 

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking and before delivery.

  • The Client must provide an exact address with postal code, house or apartment number, name of the development, access code and the desired time.If an incorrect address is provided, an additional delivery charge will apply.

  • Once the product is delivered and after The Supplier leaves the location, no claims or returns will be accepted.

  • The Customer can choose between the morning shift from 8:00 to 12:00 pm or the afternoon shift from 1:00 to 7:00 pm for delivery. No estimate provided. Special delivery times can be agreed upon prior agreement with the Supplier.

  • Care and Handling of Balloons and other products: 

  • Microfoil balloons may appear deflated in winter seasons due to the compression of the air inside. The Client must keep the composition at room temperature.

  • It is advisable not to leave the balloons nor food (if applicable) in a vehicle exposed to heat and steam, as this may cause damage to the composition and risk bursting.

  • The Client understands that direct exposure to the sun may affect the life and appearance of the balloons and agrees to keep them in a suitable environment. 

  • The duration of helium latex balloons is 24 to 48 hours, while foil balloons can last 5 to 10 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions or use. 

  • Decorations may have double balloons filled with water or sand to achieve its stability, we recommend being careful when popping the balloons and doing so on safe surfaces to avoid accidents. 

  • The Client must inform Sweet Promise if the person who will receive the decoration is allergic to latex or any type of food to avoid its use in the decoration or gift.

  • Sweet Promise assumes no responsibility for property damage. The client is liable for any damage to supplies caused by guests or pets.

​​Cancellation and Refund

​

1. Cancellation by the Client:

  • If the Customer decides to cancel the service at least 48-24 hours before the delivery or installation date, 100% of the total cost paid will be refunded.

  • In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours of the delivery or installation date, only 50% will be made as a refund.

  • In the event that Sweet Promise cancels the service due to unforeseen situations that prevent its provision (such as natural disasters, serious accidents or other similar circumstances), 90% of the total cost paid will be refunded to the Client, or transferred the balance to another service required in the future. In the event that the supplier breaches the contract for reasons other than those already mentioned and cannot provide the agreed services on the scheduled date, the client will be refunded in full of the cost paid.

  • Any refund request must be submitted in writing to the supplier. This can be sent to sserrano@asweetpromise.com within 24 hours after cancellation or non-compliance with the service.

  • The supplier will review the refund request and notify the Customer of its decision within 1-2 business days.

  • Changes to the Order by the Client:

  • If the Customer requests changes to the order that involve an increase in the total cost, additional payment will be required prior to delivery or installation.

  • If the Client requests changes that reduce the total cost, the corresponding difference will be refunded before delivery or installation.
